How we review a new project request
A useful first brief tells us what needs to be done, where the work is, and when it is needed.
Start with the scope. Tell us whether the request concerns construction, finishing, renovation, maintenance, business support or property brokerage. Describe the work in plain terms and include the location and preferred timeline. Share what you already have. Drawings, site photos or a short description of the property can help us understand the request. You can attach relevant files to the quotation form and add more through your private request page. We review the information and follow up on anything that needs clarification. The next step depends on the service and the actual scope. We aim to keep responsibilities, timing and communication clear throughout the work.
